Our goal is to leverage grants, incentives wherever possible to provide our services at NO COST TO YOU.
After completing our Onboarding Form, we’ll evaluate your building’s size, location, and other qualifying criteria to identify applicable incentives and exemptions. You’ll then receive a detailed quote outlining our costs and how incentives will offset them.
How Early Adopter Incentives Work
Early Adopter incentives are available on a first-come, first-serve basis to qualifying TIER 2 businesses who finalize their compliance.
JOIST will help you reach this key milestone.
Once TIER 2 incentives are locked in, WA Dept of Commerce will notify your electric and/or gas utility to issue you the incentive payment. This process is very reliable but will take several weeks.
We ask that once incentive funds are received you forward payment to JOIST within 14 days.
